SSCH30-4500/18000 AC dynamometer test bench mainly consists of base, electric dynamometer, motor flange, torque sensor (torque flange and torque flange antenna), torque flange base, locking shaft support plate, lock sleeve, protective cover and locking shaft pins, couplings, bearing seat and test motor bracket. The system should be used together with DTC series variable frequency inverter system and XLP1000 series control system.

SSCH30-4500/18000 AC dynamometers have two important features:
First, use the direct torque control technology to implement torque control on the AC dynamometer;
Second, when the AC dynamometer is in the power generation state, the electric energy is sent back to the grid.
