1). GB/T 18297-2024 "Performance test code for road vehicle engines": Applicable to M and N type automobile gasoline and diesel engines (excluding free piston type, other fuel engines can refer to it).

2). GB/T 19055-2024 "Reliability test methods for motor vehicle engines": Applicable to M and N type automotive reciprocating and rotary engines (excluding free piston engines). It clarifies the reliability test and evaluation methods of the whole test bench, stipulates equipment configuration, test procedures (alternating load, etc.), parameter monitoring, and result evaluation, and provides a standardized test process.

1) Eectric dynamometer

The electric dynamometer is used as the loading/dragging equipment of the engine to load/drag the engine; the electric dynamometer is mainly composed of an AC motor host, a torque flange and an electric dynamometer mounting bracket; the electric dynamometer uses the high-end dynamometer product independently developed by our company; the electric dynamometer is equipped with a torque flange produced by our company for torque measurement.
 

2) Variable frequency inverter system

Frequency conversion control system is used to control the electric dynamometer; the electric dynamometer can load the engine in the forward direction and drag the engine in the reverse direction at the same time; the electric energy generated by the electric dynamometer after loading is directly fed back to the power grid through the variable frequency inverter system.
 

3) XLE-1000 measurement and control system and control software

Our company's XLE-1000 measurement and control system is used for the overall control of the test bench; the XLE-1000 measurement and control system communicates with the variable frequency inverter system through the bus to complete the setting and control of various operating conditions of the test bench; the XLE-1000 measurement and control system receives various parameters collected by the system through the bus, and at the same time the XLE-1000 measurement and control system integrates external auxiliary equipment for centralized communication and control; the entire test process can be completed automatically.

The XLE-1000 system has strong compatibility and flexible openness, taking into account the user's engine controller and other related communications and controls, and meeting the compatibility and integration of other user-owned equipment.
 

4) Data Acquisition System

Equipped with corresponding temperature, pressure and other sensors and acquisition modules, it is used to collect temperature, pressure and other parameters of various parts of the engine, and upload the collected data to the measurement and control system through the data interface to realize data display, recording and processing.
 

5) Throttle actuator

The motor-type throttle actuator is used to adjust the throttle to various openings. The actuator has large torque, fast response speed, good dynamic performance, and is suitable for various dynamic tests of the engine.
 

6) Fuel consumption meter

This solution uses a transient fuel consumption meter, which can provide accurate fuel consumption measurement for diesel/gasoline and other engines; the solution is also equipped with a fuel boost pressure regulating device to complete the stable pressure supply of engine fuel.
 

7) Coolant temperature control device

A coolant temperature control device is used to control the engine coolant temperature, etc. The device uses PLC as the main control unit, a proportional control valve as the main execution unit, and plate heat exchangers and pipelines are made of stainless steel. The device has the characteristics of high control accuracy and fast response speed.
 

8) Supercharger intercooler control device

The engine supercharger intercooler control device is used to control the engine turbocharger outlet temperature; the engine supercharger intercooler adopts intelligent fuzzy digital PID adjustment technology, which has the characteristics of high control accuracy, stability and reliability.
