On the basis of the new energy testing bench, our company has developed and produced an integrated testing system according to customized customer needs. The integrated testing system takes the original testing system technology as the platform, adopts highly integrated design, optimizes the structural space and layout of the testing system, and meets the different scenario requirements of different customers for testing equipment with smaller volume, smaller footprint, and more standardized product architecture. The overall test bench is shown in the figure above, which mainly includes a AC dynamometer, a mounting bracket for the motor under test, a connecting shaft, a protective cover, etc.
The AC dynamometer contains an air cooling device (fan), a rotary encoder and a shaft temperature monitoring system. The motor bearings are imported bearings; the speed signal is sent to the variable frequency drive cabinet through the bus, and the torque signal is sent to the control system using the original shielded cable to form Closed-loop control. At the same time, the speed and torque values are stored, displayed, and adjusted and controlled in the computer unit.
