The 180kW diesel engine electric dynamometer test bench is a specialized test system integrating electric dynamometer technology and intelligent control. It quantitatively evaluates engine performance through full-condition dynamic simulation and plays a core role in the research and development verification and production quality control of small and medium power diesel engines.

This test bench adopts a modular integrated design. Its core function is to simulate the actual operating load of the engine through an electric dynamometer, combined with a high-precision sensor array and an intelligent control system, to achieve real-time collection and analysis of power parameters (power/torque/rotational speed), economic indicators (fuel consumption), and emission data. The test bench needs to be equipped with professional vibration isolation foundations (natural frequency ≤6Hz) and sound barriers (noise reduction ≥42dB) to ensure the stability of the test environment and the accuracy of the data.

(2) Intelligent measurement and control system

Hardware platform: PLC (Foreign Brand) + ADVANTECH industrial computer architecture, supporting 16-channel synchronous sampling (sampling rate 2kHz)

Software features: Preset test condition library (including 12 standard procedures such as ISO 8178 steady-state cycle, WLTC transient cycle)
Real-time 3D data visualization (supports dynamic generation of torque-speed-fuel consumption 3D MAP)
