Its core function is to simulate the actual operating load of the engine through an electric dynamometer, combined with a high-precision sensor array and an intelligent control system, to achieve real-time collection and analysis of power parameters (power/torque/rotational speed), economic indicators (fuel consumption), and emission data. The test bench needs to be equipped with professional vibration isolation foundations (natural frequency ≤6Hz) and sound barriers (noise reduction ≥42dB) to ensure the stability of the test environment and the accuracy of the data.
