SLFN dynamic disc torque sensor adopts ultra-thin flange link structure, bearing free, divided into stator and rotor two parts, very suitable for test bench applications, such as engines, dynamometer and electric motor test bench, wheel load simulation test bench, transmission and pump test bench and other applications. Also mainly used for:
1.1, motor, engine, internal combustion engine and other rotary power equipment output torque and power detection;
1.2, fan, water pump, gear box torque and power detection;
1.3, railway locomotive, automobile, tractor, aircraft, ship, mining machinery in the torque and power detection;
1.4, can be used for the detection of torque and power in sewage treatment system;
1.5, can be used in process industry and process industry.


Bearingless structure, maintenance-free refueling.
It should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive, room temperature of -20ºC to 70ºC environment.

Installation Instructions
    • The SLFN dynamic disk torque sensor is composed of two parts: a static housing and a rotating disk.
    • The two ends of the rotating disc are connected to the power and load respectively through the flange coupling. Tighten the screws symmetrically when connecting the flange coupling. And make the A-side of the rotating disk and the A-side of the stationary shell in the same direction.
    • The static shell is fixed on the base, and the gap is adjusted to ensure that there is absolutely no contact between the static shell and the rotating disk! Ensure concentricity.
