Hand Screwing Type Quick Connector TF140

TF140 quick connector adopts screw locking, which is mostly used for manual testing. It can realize pressure and Air tightness Testing of internal threaded parts, as well as functional operations such as filling, plugging and emptying.

Manually screw the connector gently into the internal thread to be tested until  the front O-ring is properly compressed, which mean that the connection is completed. The whole process does not need the help of tools and sealing accessories, one hand gently tighten to complete the sealing.

Because of its simple structure and self-locking by thread after sealing, TF140 series connectors are more durable, stable and reliable, and low maintenance cost in the later period.

TF140 series quick connectors are commonly used for internal thread sealing and can also be used as a connector with a medium inlet for pressure testing and filling operations.
