The turbojet engine installation testing platform is used for turbojet engine thrust testing; The testing platform mainly consists of a low resistance slide, an engine mounting bracket, and a thrust measurement device.

1. Low resistance sliding table:
The sliding platform is divided into a base and a sliding platform, and a low friction coefficient linear bearing slide rail is installed between the base and the sliding platform; The base can directly dock with the tablet; The plane between the base and the sliding platform is machined to ensure that the flatness of each plane is not less than 0.02mm.
The linear bearing slide rail installed at the bottom of the sliding platform ensures relative parallelism during installation, and the parallelism of the slide rail is ensured to be ≤ 0.02mm through mechanical processing and positioning.

2. Thrust measurement device:
The thrust measurement device mainly consists of German HBM high-precision thrust measurement sensors and connectors, with sensor accuracy not lower than C3 level. The measuring device is directly connected to the sliding platform in a straight line, accurately measuring the thrust/tension of the platform as it tends to move; The platform is equipped with 2 sets of thrust measurement devices, installed at both ends of the bottom of the platform; One set is used for measurement, and the other set is used for calibration measurement.

3. Engine mounting bracket:
The installation bracket is made of high-quality aluminum alloy processed as a whole, ensuring its overall stiffness and strength; One end of the bracket is fixed on the sliding platform, and the other end is connected to the engine. An adapter fixture is installed on the bracket, and when users replace the engine, they only need to replace the adapter fixture to meet the docking and testing needs of different engines.

6. Appearance: The door is RAL5015 blue, and the cabin is RAL7035 gray;
7. Observation window: composed of multiple layers of explosion-proof glass, it has the characteristics of heat resistance, frost resistance, dew resistance, and good light transmittance;
8. Lighting equipment: Lighting devices are installed inside the test box and use safe voltage. The control switch is located on the control cabinet, and the lighting is greater than 300 lux;
9. The insulation materials, coolant, lubricating oil, etc. of the cabin meet environmental requirements, and the coolant and lubricating oil will be treated for leakage prevention;

 

Exhaust Line
The exhaust pipe is composed of an adapter section, a measuring section, an exhaust cooler, corrugated pipes, and connecting pipes. The adapter section, measuring section, and exhaust cooler body are processed as a whole using 304 stainless steel, and the connection is made with loose flange. Other pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel pipes and welded with flanges. There are 8-point temperature measurement, static pressure measurement, and total pressure measurement connectors uniformly arranged along the circumference on the measurement section. The connectors use fins for heat dissipation to ensure that the temperature of the sensor seat does not exceed 70 ºC. The thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline are absorbed by the corrugated pipe. The pipeline adopts an insulation structure composed of three layers of 304 stainless steel sheets for insulation.

 

Air Intake Pipeline
The engine intake measurement pipe is used to measure the total pressure, static pressure, total temperature and other parameters of the engine intake. The diameter of this measurement section is DN150, and the maximum flow rate is less than 20m/s.
The engine intake measurement pipe uses a wall opening for static pressure measurement, a probe for total pressure measurement, and a total temperature hood for total temperature measurement. The total temperature measurement hood and total pressure measurement probe are arranged in an staggered manner.
The connection of the engine intake measurement pipe requires an adjustment connecting pipe. For different engine tests, the position of the intake measurement pipe is different, so the adjustment connecting pipe for different engine tests is also different and needs to be specially made.
