Designed specifically for automotive (passenger car/commercial vehicle) and light construction machinery engines, this system integrates a 260kW eddy current dynamometer, an IPC710 measurement and control system, multi-dimensional data acquisition, and a full-operating-condition assurance module. It enables comprehensive testing of power, torque, fuel consumption, and other parameters under rated speeds of 1800rpm, a maximum speed of 7500rpm, and a maximum torque of 1395Nm. Complying with standards such as GB/T 18297-2001, it is suitable for performance optimization and 1000-hour endurance testing of 150-300kW engines, meeting the demands of high-precision and high-stability testing.

(1) 260kW eddy current dynamometer (core loading unit)
Core parameters: 260kW power, 1800rpm rated speed, 7500rpm maximum speed, 1395Nm maximum torque;
Features: Eddy current loading (response ≤ 0.5s), no mechanical wear, torque control accuracy ±0.5% FS, suitable for full speed load simulation.
(2) Measurement and control system
Industrial computer: IPC710 (supports 24/7 operation, compatible with Windows Industrial Edition);
Controller: XLE-1000 (torque/speed dual closed loop, speed ±5rpm, torque ±2Nm adjustment accuracy);
Software: XLE-1000 (process editing, real-time data display, automatic generation of GB/T 18297 format reports, support for data export).
(3) Data acquisition system
Sensors: Low-temperature (-40-80°C, ±0.3°C) and high-temperature (0-300°C, ±0.5°C) temperature sensors; 0-1.6MPa engine oil/0-500kPa intake air pressure sensor (±0.2% FS); atmospheric pressure (80-120kPa), temperature and humidity sensors; 0-500g/min gravimetric fuel consumption meter (±0.1% FS);
Performance: 100Hz synchronous sampling, 120+ parameters parallel acquisition, storage ≥1TB.
(4) Condition guarantee system
Coolant constant temperature: 50-90ºC (±1ºC), 10-50L/min; Intercooler constant temperature: 15-60ºC (±2ºC);
Cooling water circulation: 20-80L/min (inlet water ≤32ºC, outlet water ≤40ºC); oil supply system: 0.3-0.5MPa, 100L oil tank (5μm secondary filtration).
(5) Mechanical part
Mounting bracket: adjustable (suitable for 2.0-6.0L engines, wheelbase 500-1200mm, accuracy ±0.1mm);
Drive shaft: 45# steel (2000Nm load capacity), with safety interlock protection cover; cast iron plate: 2000×1500mm (grade 0 accuracy), equipped with shock-absorbing pads.
