Seelong SSCD800-1500/4500 Series AC Dynamometer For Axial Flow Compressor
The AC dynamometer is mainly used for researchers to conduct axial flow compressor performance experiment and pressure surge experiment research, and measure experimental parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and speed of axial flow compressor.
The dynamometer is equipped with a frequency converter, so the speed can meet the requirements of keeping stable and adjustable. Furthermore, the dynamometer could work stably for a long time within the required range.
The system uses ACS880 series inverter system to control the dynamometer. Frequency conversion inverter system adopts AFE (active filter) type four quadrant operation frequency converter. The measurement and control system communicates with CPU unit of frequency converter through CAN bus. The whole system adopts power feedback technology to feedback the power directly connected to the grid.
The system has complete functions and can meet the following test requirements of the motor system: temperature rise test, motor torque speed characteristic, overload capacity test, responsiveness test, blocking test, maximum working speed test, overspeed test, feed test, working condition cycle test, etc.
