This system, centered around a small AC dynamometer and compatible with small 22kW diesel engines, employs four-quadrant variable frequency inverter technology for efficient energy recovery (reintroduction efficiency >85%). Equipped with the XLE-1000 measurement and control system, it supports simultaneous multi-channel acquisition and analysis of key parameters. It automatically executes test cycles specified in standards such as GB/T 18297 and integrates equipment such as a small smoke meter and high-precision air flow meter, meeting the full performance testing needs of small diesel engines used in mini commercial vehicles, small agricultural machinery, and general-purpose power equipment.
