XLP-1000 measurement and control system and measurement and control software are the control systems designed by our company for the test bench. The control software is connected to the frequency conversion cabinet of the dynamometer through the CAN bus, and the main control computer can communicate with other test equipment through the communication interface CAN/RS232/RS485 connect. The basic configuration can complete the measurement and control of the electric dynamometer and the collection of common parameters; it can flexibly and conveniently expand the measurement channels such as temperature and external equipment, and can also transmit data through TCP/IP.
The dedicated measurement and control software runs on the Windows 7 operating system platform, and is programmed in C# advanced language. The use of the software follows the operating habits of Windows and is easy to master.
The console is composed of industrial control computer unit, data acquisition unit and operation panel. The core of the console is an industrial-grade computer. Its main job is to collect test data, process and print reports, draw curves and store test data. On the other hand, it communicates with the drive cabinet through the bus to download control methods and set values; Actual values such as uploaded rotational speed and torque.
1. Control dynamometer
The software establishes communication with the dynamometer when working, and sends control instructions to the dynamometer according to the experimental needs, so that the dynamometer operates according to the parameters required for the test (such as speed, torque, etc.); and obtains the real-time feedback data of the dynamometer, Display the working status of the dynamometer on the interface.
2. Acquire and record bench sensor data
When the software works, it establishes communication with the data acquisition system, obtains the real-time sensor data of the test bench from the data acquisition system, and performs necessary conversion on these data, displays them on the software interface, and records the data according to the test needs for generating experiments result.
3.Data logging and analysis
During the experiment, the software supports manual or automatic recording of working condition data. After the experiment is over, the recorded data is analyzed to form an experiment report.
4.Manual test function
Manual test means that during the test process, the user determines the specific operation of the test steps by observing the equipment data displayed by the software or measured by other means, and completes the test through the working status of the manual dynamometer of the software. In the manual test state, the software displays the obtained equipment parameters in real time, but does not take the initiative to participate in the control of the test equipment. All control instructions are issued to each test equipment by the test operator through the control interface of the software.
