Product Description

A transmission is a machine in a power transmission system, which provides controlled application of the power. Transmissions can be automatic or manual. In a manual transmission, the operator shifts the lever to a higher or lower gear to control the speed and torque of the engine and wheels. The operator presses the clutch and then shifts the gear for smooth transmission. In an automatic transmission, the transmission automatically shifts through different gears based on the use of the gas and brakes from the driver. Various tests should be performed on the gearbox to ensure its working performance, including a shift performance test, transmission test, leak test, and noise test. The transmission test bench is the test bench which is situated at the end of the assembly line to check the above parameters in driving and the dragging test. The synchromesh test is carried out to check the test bench is running properly or not.

Technical features

• The dynamometer test system adopts AC frequency conversion feedback loading, and the loading energy is fed 
• back to the power grid through the AC load generator, which is energy-saving and environmental protection. The remarkable energy saving effect can convert mechanical energy into electric energy and feed back to the grid
• Torque and speed are measured directly by torque sensor;
• The electric quantity comprehensive measuring instrument detects current, voltage, frequency, power factor, etc.; the computer automatically detects, displays and completes data processing, report forms and various curves.
• It can be used by other electrical equipment; good bidirectional loading characteristics;
• Excellent low-speed loading capacity, and can achieve high-speed loading;
• High speed torque response speed (MS level);
