Handle Type Quick Connector TF420

TF420 series quick connectors adopts eccentric handle clamping and are mostly used for manual low-voltage testing. It can realize the pressure and Air tightness Testing of the parts to be tested with the outer diameter controlled straight pipe characteristics, as well as functional operations such as filling, plugging and emptying. Such as sealing straight pipe outer wall, flange pipe, fish scale pipe and external thread, etc.

TF420 quick connector achieves sealing by holding tight to the outer wall of the part to be tested through the front seal, so when in use, it must ensure that the surface of the seal and the part to be tested is dry, if the sealing contact surface is contaminated with water or oil and other lubricating ingredients, the operating pressure can only be below 1 bar.
